FIXED-FEE PRICING - All Stoneman Volk Patent Group fees are firm quotes provided after a free initial consultation. We do not charge for normal phone calls, e-mails, correspondence, etc. Our fixed-fees provide budget predictability for you. Office Actions
The USPTO typically sends the first Office Action one to five years after the utility patent application is filed. (Charge does not include any Patent Office fees, including any late fees.)
